光氧催化设备的工作原理

光氧催化设备在光照下,如果光子的能量大于半导体禁带宽度,其价带上的电子(e-)就会被激发到导带上,同时在价带上产生空穴(h+)。当存在合适的俘获剂、表面缺陷或者其他因素时,电子和空穴的复合得到抑制,就会在催化剂表面发生氧化还原反应。
