使用光氧化催化设备需要注意什么?

Photocatalysis technology
原理:光催化剂纳米粒子在一定波长的光线照射下受激生产电子空穴对,空穴分解催化剂表面吸附的水产生氢氧自由基,电子使其周围的氧还原成活性离子氧,从而具备极强的氧化还原能力,将光催化剂表面的各种污染物摧毁。
Principle: Photocatalyst nanoparticles are stimulated to produce electron hole pairs under a certain wavelength of light irradiation. The water adsorbed on the surface of the catalyst is decomposed by the holes to produce hydroxyl radicals. The electrons reduce the oxygen around the catalyst to active ionic oxygen. Thus, the photocatalyst nanoparticles possess strong redox ability and destroy various pollutants on the surface of the photocatalyst.
优点:条件温和,常温常压;设备简单、维护方便;减少甚至无二次污染。
Advantages: mild conditions, room temperature and atmospheric pressure, simple equipment, easy maintenance, reduce or even two times of pollution.
缺点:占地面积大;气候影响大;工况变化影响大。
Disadvantages: large area, great impact on climate and great influence on working conditions.
光氧催化设备
1.可习气高、低浓度,大气量,不同恶臭气体物质的脱臭污染处置,可每天24小时延续作业,运转平稳可靠。恶臭气体无需停止特别的预处置,如加温,加湿等,设备作业环境温度在-30℃-95℃之间,湿度在30%-98%,PH值在2-13之间均可正常作业。防火、防腐蚀功用高,设备功用平安平稳,选用不锈钢质料,设备运用寿数在十五年以上。
